Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Chung joined our board in October 2007 and has served as our chairman of the board since August 2008. He was appointed chief executive officer in October 2008. He is also an executive director of Melco International Development Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He has served on the board of directors of Melco International since May 2006 and is a member of the executive committee, finance committee, and corporate social responsibility committee of the company. In addition, Mr. Chung is a non-executive director of Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Global Select Market.He has served on the board of directors of Melco Crown since November 2006. He has also been appointed as chairman and president of Melco Crown (Philippines) Resorts Corporation, a company listed on the Philippines Stock Exchange since December 2012.
Mr. Chung holds a master degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a bachelor degree in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Chung has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry in various capacities as a chief financial officer, an investment banker, and a merger and acquisition specialist. He was named one of the “Asian Gaming 50 – 2009 and 2010, 2012 and 2013” by Inside Asian Gaming magazine.
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Mangini joined our company in June 2008 as senior vice president, corporate finance. In October 2015, she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. For five years prior to joining us, she worked at ThinkEquity, a then subsidiary of Panmure Gordon & Co., where she became a partner and was a senior equity research analyst responsible for coverage of companies in the domestic and international gaming sector. Previously, she also served as a vice president and research analyst covering consumer companies at both Merriman Curhan Ford & Company and First Security Van Kasper, which was acquired by Wells Fargo & Company.
Ms. Mangini holds a master of science in quantitative analysis from Boston University and a bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of San Diego.
